About

Phifer Pavitt is a boutique winery dedicated to crafting Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, sparkling wine and small batch Kentucky bourbon. Suzanne Phifer Pavitt hails from Ringgold, Georgia. A small rural town situated in the northwestern corner of the state. She left Georgia for college and graduate school. Suzanne went on to excel as one of a handful of women in a highly competitive, professional salesforce in the technology industry.

As Phifer Pavitt CEO, Suzanne leads a “small but mighty team” at their Napa Green Certified Winery, where their focus is on sustainable winemaking, responsible farming, and in creating special memories for all who come to visit. Their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, aptly named “Date Night,” is regarded by in-the-know collectors as a “still-hidden gem of the Napa Valley” and their Sancerre-style Date Night Sauvignon Blanc, made at the behest of their dedicated wine allocation members, is a perennial summer favorite.

In addition to the Date Night wines, they also offer a series of exclusive micro-productions: the X Roads Cabernet Sauvignon, the Phifer Pavitt Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, a methode-champenoise Sparkling Wine, a Rosé of Cabernet, and the Phifer Pavitt Estate – Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The latest creation, the ultra-exclusive Phifer Pavitt Reserve Bourbon, an exquisite spirit aged for 20 months in the Phifer Pavitt cabernet barrels, is produced in partnership with the Bardstown Bourbon Company in Kentucky.
